2. PROJECT REQUIREMENT

I. The scope of this project is to supply, install, and test the SFP Singlemode 1Gbps to UiTM.

II. The tenderer must ensure the SFP supplied is a genuine product from Principle. Please attach a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Principle. **PLEASE DO NOT DISCLOSE COMPANY INFORMATION BY ERASING THE INFORMATION RELATED TO THE COMPANY NAME, LOGO, REGISTRATION NUMBER, ETC.

III. The tenderer must ensure the SFP is workable with existing infra UiTM.

IV. UiTM does not accept refurbished or OEM products. The tenderer shall be responsible if there is any issue regarding the product's authenticity.

V. The tenderer must ensure the availability, operability, reliability, and functionality of the SFP in order to function properly.

VI. The tenderer must ensure all other related materials, components, cabling, and accessories including operational license which are required to ensure full operation and integration with new or existing equipment of the item is provided.

3. PRODUCT REQUIREMENT

|
|
I. The SFP must support 1000Base-LX/LH with a single-mode module.

II. The SFP must support LC type connector.

III. The SFP supports a minimum 1310 nm wavelength.

IV. The SFP supports a minimum 10,000-meter operating distance.

V. The SFP supports data rates of up to 1.25Gbps

VI. The SFP must be compliant with IEEE 802.3z Gigabit Ethernet.

4. TECHNICAL/OPERATING MANUAL, ENGINEERING SERVICES, AND OTHER ACCESSORIES

I. The tenderer shall provide a user operating / technical manual for UiTM referral.

II. All necessary adapters, cables, and other accessories required shall be provided in order to allow the system to work.

5. CATALOGUE/BROCHURES

I. All related catalogs/brochures must be provided in the Dokumen Teknikal.

6. WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
|

I. The tenderer must ensure the SFP is covered with at least one (1) year of maintenance support consisting of equipment faulty Replacement (Next Business Day) and software upgrade shall be provided.

II. Free support through fax, email, and telephone must be provided during the warranty period

III. Response time to attend to a problem call breakdown of equipment or component is MAXIMUM 4 hours.

7. DELIVERY PERIOD

|
I. The delivery period must be within 8 weeks after the tenderer has received the Local Order.

II. If there is a delay in project delivery, the tenderer must apply for a project extension at least 1 month before the delivery period ends.
