1. PRODUCT REQUIREMENT

I. The Fiber Patch cord must equal or exceed performance requirements specified by the TIA/EIA structured cabling standards.

II. The fiber patch cord must support at least a 2-meter length single-mode fiber.

3. WARRANTY

II. The warranty period will begin after the installation and testing is complete.

5. PROJECT REQUIREMENT

I. The tenderer needs to propose the optimum specification for the equipment to function and integrate well with the existing system. Should any component that need to be added shall be proposed by the tenderer.

II. The tenderer must ensure the availability, operability, reliability and functionality of the supplied item components to function properly

III. All other related material, components, cabling and accessories which are required to ensure full operation and integration with new or existing equipment of the item must be provided by the tenderer.

IV. The tenderer must make sure all works are done properly without any damage to the existing infra/equipment. The tenderer shall be responsible for any damage that occurs.

V. The tenderer shall verify the exact fiber patch cord needed and if there is additional panel required, the tenderer must complete it with no additional cost to UiTM.

VI. Tenderer must ensure all Fiber Patch Cord installations to be done by an experienced network technician.
