1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

I. Vendor shall appoint a Project Manager for the project. The Project Manager is responsible to define the project timeline, key deliverables, monitor progress and provide weekly report on progress and technical or commercial issues arising during the deployment.

II. The vendor shall include in the proposal, the project schedule and the number of technical staff required for the project. It is important that the professional qualifications of the technical staff be stated in the proposal.

III. Weekly meeting must be done to update on the project progress. Vendor shall make the minutes meeting and endorse by UiTM. (This may applicable if project timeline more than 1 month.)

2. JOB SPECIFICATION
|

|
|
I. The tenderer shall supply, install, and test every piece of equipment or cabling and other accessories to UiTM.

III. The tenderer shall ensure all node installations and repairs are tested and working before handing over the project.

IV. The tenderer must ensure to patch the cable back at the new patch panel and to test that all connections are live as per UiTM requirement.

V. The tenderer must ensure to configure and make sure the connectivity between the LAN (Local Area Network) and the WAN (Wide Area Network) is
workable.

VI. Adequate numbers of UTP/Fiber patch panels shall be provided for the UTP/Fiber cables termination in the proposed rack.

VII. All cable-ends especially at patch panel and user network node must be labeled and the label must be easily read, lasting, matching end to end and waterproof.

A ) The tenderer shall affix a company name sticker as a mark on each piece of hardware installed for easy troubleshooting

VIII. To make sure all work or installation equipment is neat, organized and functional.

IX. Tenderer shall prepare / proposed suitable method of statement on how to start deployment since the location is a critical location and minimal downtime allowed.

X. Vendors must make sure all works must be done properly without any damage to the existing infra/equipment. (Vendor is responsible for any damage occur).

3. DOCUMENTATION

|
|
I. To provide a comprehensive documentation of the project including UAT or network diagram before handover to UiTM.

II. The documentation must be in a form of hardcopy and softcopy.

III. User operating/technical manual for device handling shall be provided.

IV. All related catalogue/brochure of the equipment shall be provided.

4. SUPPORT AND WARRANTY

|
I. Vendor MUST provide support to any hardware installed if it fails to function during the project period or by hardware warranty.

5. IMPORTANT STATEMENT TO TENDERER
|

|
|
I. Any documents presented or submitted by the tenderer in this Dokumen Teknikal MUST NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO THE COMPANYĆ¢S NAME, LOGO, REGISTRATION NUMBER, ETC. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE ERASED AND NOT BE READABLE.
