11. FACTORY ACCEPTANCE

I. All cost for vehicle testing incurred shall be included by the successful tenderer. Therefore, the tenderer shall be required to supply fuel and any other materials, equipment and manpower necessary for the acceptance tests at the manufacturer's factory.
