5. Installation, commissioning and Training

I. The tenderer shall be responsible for delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment.

II. The supplier should provide a training after (with the date is agreed from both supplier and end-user side) installation and commissioning.

III. Installation and commissioning of the entire system shall be done by the manufacturer’s professional and qualified personnel/engineer.

IV. The on-site training conducted by the manufacturer’s qualified engineer to at least five (5) end user/ personnel. The training handouts should be provided on the training day.

6. Training

7. Warranty and After Sales Support
