1. PROJECT REQUIREMENT

II. The tenderer should ensure all existing network equipment/component/cabling is functioning before and after project implementation. The tenderer shall be responsible for any damage that occurs.

IV. The tenderer is required to perform the installation, testing, and commissioning on-site for the supplied item at the location specified by UiTM

V. The tenderer shall prepare a complete and comprehensive commissioning report in a form of hardcopy and softcopy after delivery, installation, and testing to ensure the item and accompanying software or the whole package has adhered to the satisfaction of UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA before the final acceptance.

VI. The comprehensive commissioning report must include the User Acceptance Test. The tenderer must also include other additional documents as proof if requested by UiTM.

VII. The tenderer must affix a sticker on the access point with details such as company name or logo, project number, contact number, and device hostname. The sticker must be durable and long-lasting.

IX. The tenderer shall ensure the installation of the access point at the optimum level and if the installation of L Bracket is required in a particular location, the tenderer shall provide it.

XI. In the event where at a certain location the existing positioning of the access point is not suitable, the tenderer will need to relocate the access point to a better spot.

II. The tenderer shall ensure the Access Point Support Limited Lifetime Warranty that provides full warranty coverage of the hardware for as long as the original end-user continues to own or use the product.
