1. PRODUCT REQUIREMENT

I. The UTP patch cord MUST equal or exceed performance requirements specified by the TIA/EIA structured cabling standards.

2. LABELING AND TAGGING

I. All cable-ends must be labeled and the label must be easily read, lasting and waterproof.

4. SUPPORT AND WARRANTY

I. The item shall have at least ONE (1) year warranty from the tenderer or manufacturer.

6. PROJECT REQUIREMENT

I. Tenderer MUST ensure all UTP Patch Cord installations to be done by an experienced network technician

IV. The tenderer must ensure the availability, operability, reliability, and functionality of the supplied item components to function properly.

V. All other related material, components, cabling, and accessories that are required to ensure full operation and integration with new or existing equipment of the item must be provided by the tenderer.

VI. The tenderer should ensure all existing network equipment/component/cabling is functioning before and after project implementation. The tenderer shall be responsible for any damage that occurs.

VI. The tenderer should make additions to the patch cord if there are any insufficiency without any charges to UiTM.

VI. Tenderer need to propose the optimum specification for the equipment to
function and integrate well with the existing system. Should any
component that needs to be added shall be proposed by the tenderer.
