V. Tenderer shall ensure the product MUST be a new product and had been in the market for less than 18 months.

The tenderer shall be responsible for the installation, test-run and commissioning of the equipment and accompanying software to the satisfaction of UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA before final acceptance. All costs on installation, commissioning and test run shall be borne by tenderer during the warranty period.

VIII. Maintenance support is needed during and after the warranty period. Tenderers must provide details of addresses of locations of after sales service centers that shall be responsible for maintenance work for these items during the warranty period.
