1. PROJECT REQUIREMENT

I. The proposed item must be new product and not refurbished or OEM product.

II. Tenderer must ensure the availability, operability, reliability and functionality of the supplied item components to function properly.

IV. Tenderer needs to propose the optimum specification for the equipment to function and integrate well with the existing system. Should any component that need to be added shall be proposed by the tenderer. Note: Please refer to UiTM Staff for detailed installation location.

V. Tenderer must ensure all switches installation and configuration are done by professional engineers. IX. System setup and configuration must be performed and made good by tenderer so that good service quality is achieved.

XI. Tenderer must document all switches configuration, management IP address and location in hard copy and must be submitted to UiTM.

2. PORT INTERFACES REQUIREMENT

9. WARRANTY AND SUPPORTS

I. Minimum THREE (3) year of maintenance support consists of equipment faulty replacement (Next Business Day 8x5xNBD) and software upgrade shall be provided. II. Tenderer shall be responsible for the installation, test-run and commissioning of the equipment and accompanying software to the satisfaction of UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA before final acceptance. All costs on installation, commissioning and test run shall be borne by tenderer during the warranty period.

10. DELIVERY PERIOD
