4. WARRANTY AND SUPPORT

I. THREE (3) years of maintenance support consists of equipment faulty replacement (Next Business Day) and software upgrade shall be provided. 5. DELIVERY PERIOD

I. Delivery period must be within 18 weeks after tenderer has received the Local Order.
