9. INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

I. The tenderer is required to perform the installation, testing & commissioning on-site for the supplied item at the location specified by UiTM.

II. The comprehensive commissioning report must include the User Acceptance Test and Delivery Order. The tenderer must also include other additional documents as proof if requested by UiTM.

III. The tenderer must provide training for configuration, operation and maintenance of the system which must cover OS & System administration during installation process for UiTM’s personnel if needed.

10. WARRANTY

I. THREE (3) years of maintenance support consists of equipment faulty replacement (Next Business Day) and software upgrade shall be provided. II. The tenderer shall be responsible for the installation, test-run and commissioning of the equipment and accompanying software to the satisfaction of UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA before final acceptance. All costs on installation, commissioning and test run shall be borne by tenderer during the warranty period.

11. DELIVERY PERIOD
