I. The scope of the project is to supply, install, and test run a wireless access point together with heat map analysis. Note: Please refer to UiTM Staff for detail installation locations.

II. Tenderer must ensure that installation of the wireless access point to be done by experience network technician or engineer. **Please provide relevant professional certificates for staff involve in this project. ** PLEASE DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO THE COMPANY'S NAME, LOGO, REGISTRATION NUMBER, ETC. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE ERASED AND NOT BE READABLE.

III. Tenderer shall provide Heat Map Analysis with following requirement:

• Installation, testing, heat map and commissioning must be include for access point relocation and mounting.
• Tenderer must provide the Heat Map analysis before doing installation for the Wireless Access Point.
• heat Map analysist must be present to UiTM before the installation wireless access point being done.
• The propose location of Wireless Access Point based on Heat Map analysist must be agree by UiTM.
• All documents, design and heat map data during analysist must be presented to UiTM and being documented in hardcopy and softcopy.

IV. Tenderer need to ensure wireless access point come with multipurpose and lockable mounting bracket.

V. Tenderer must provide a genuine and new product. Refurbished product is NOT acceptable. ** Please attach a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from Principle. ** PLEASE DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO THE COMPANY'S NAME, LOGO, REGISTRATION NUMBER, ETC. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE ERASED AND NOT BE READABLE.

VI. Tenderer shall prepare a complete and comprehensive commissioning report in a form of hard-copy and soft-copy after delivery, installation, and testing to ensure the item and accompanying software or the whole package has adhered to the satisfaction of UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA before the final acceptance.

VII. The comprehensive commissioning report must include the User Acceptance Test (UAT). The tenderer must also include other additional documents as proof if requested by UiTM.

VIII. Tenderer must seek advise from UiTM for the best way for installation and positioning of the access point. L bracket is required according to the suitability of the installation location.

IX. Tenderer must supply a security precautious to the AP either put the AP in a lockable case. The case MUST not interfere the AP signal for the optimal performance.

X. Tenderer must affix a sticker on the access point with details such as company name or logo, project number, contact number and device host-name (seek advice from the UiTM staff). The sticker must durable, long lasting and easy to read.

XI. Tenderer must ensure all cable-ends and wireless access point are labeled and the label must be easily read, lasting, and waterproof.

XII. Tenderer must supply wireless access point together with all related licensing so that the wireless access point workable.

XIII. Tenderer must supply an equivalent or better switch model from the same product family if there is any issue regarding product End of Sale or etc.

I. The proposed Access Points must have the option to be deployed as standalone or be centrally managed by a controller or a cloud management platform, using the same firmware and SKU.

II. The proposed Access Point must have features such an auto-learn, auto adapt, auto optimize adaptive smart antenna array.

III. The proposed Access Point must support Port based VLANs.

IV. The proposed Access Point must have configuration wizard to provide quick set-up.

V. The proposed access point must support APs must support the IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax standard.

VI. The proposed Access Point must support the 802.11n standard in both the 2.4 and in the 5 GHz band.

VII. The proposed Access Point must support minimum of 16 SSIDs per AP.

VIII. The proposed Access Point must support WLAN prioritization.

IX. The proposed Access Point must be WiFi 6 (802.11ax) certified by Wi-Fi Alliance.

X. The proposed Access Point must support multiple WLANs with the same existing SSID.

XI. The proposed Access Point must should support the 802.11k and 802.11r standards to provide seamless roaming for mobile Wi-Fi clients when using applications such as VoIP.

XII. The proposed access point can do supported rates:

• radio chains: 4x4:4
• max data rates(2.4GHz) up to 1,200 Mbps
• max data rates(5GHz) up to 2,400 Mbps

XIII. The proposed access point must support at least 3 Channelization (20,40,80 MHZ).

XIV. The proposed access point must support radio chains and streams 2x2:2.

XV. Tenderer must ensure all related license must be include and must configure to physical or cloud controller.

• The access point has internal antenna type with adaptive antenna technology that provides up to 64 unique antenna patterns per band.
• The access point can gain the antenna gain up to 3dBi

• The access point support Peak PHY Rates with at least 2.4GHz: 1,200 Mbps, 5GHz: 2,400 Mbps.

I. Minimum THREE (3) years of maintenance support consists of equipment faulty replacement (Next Business Day 8x5xNBD) and software upgrade shall be provided. Note: Please provide Letter of Warranty (LoW) from Principle. **PLEASE DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO THE COMPANY'S NAME,LOGO, REGISTRATION NUMBER, ETC. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE ERASED AND NOT BE READABLE.

II. The tenderers are require to study and perform configuration on the current server and switches if require any changes.

III. 24x7x4 Advance Hardware Replacement and Support for 1 years from the issuance of the UAT. Proposed wireless access point must come with limited lifetime warranty. Warranty should cover all product defect and failure due to normal product operation. Please provide Letter of Warranty (LoW) from principle. Firmware patches (minor & major) must be provided, with no additional cost to UiTM during the support period.

IV. The tenderer shall be responsible for the installation, test-run and commissioning of the equipment and accompanying software to the satisfaction of UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA before final acceptance. All costs on installation, commissioning and test run shall be borne by tenderer during the warranty period.

V. Free support through fax, email, telephone must be provided during the warranty period.

VI. A maximum of 4 hours response time to attend to problem call on breakdown of equipment or component is to abide by the tenderer.

VII. The warranty period will begin after the installation and testing is complete.

I. All related catalogue/brochure and supporting documents must be provided.

I. Delivery period must be within 18 weeks after tenderer has received the Offer Letter.

II. If there is a delay in project delivery, Tenderer must apply for extension at least 1 month before the delivery period ends.
