1. PROJECT REQUIREMENT

I. The scope of this project is to supply, install, testing and commissioning Wireless Access Point to UiTM Cawangan Sarawak, Kampus Samarahan. Note: Please refer to UiTM Staff based on the Heat Map Analysis data provide by Vendor.

II. Tenderer must ensure that installation of the equipment to be done by professional network engineer. **Please attach engineer certification and co-curriculum vitae (CV) in Dokumen Teknikal. **PLEASE DO NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO THE COMPANY'S NAME, LOGO, REGISTRATION NUMBER, ETC. III. Tenderer shall perform Heat Map Analysis by following these criteria:
- Installation, testing, heatmap and commissioning MUST be include for access point relocation and mounting.
- Tenderer must provide the Heat Map analysist before doing installation for the Wireless Access Point.
- Heat Map analysist must be present to UiTM before the installation wireless access point being done.
- The propose location of Wireless Access Point based on Heat Map analysist must be agree by UiTM.
- All documents, design and heat map data during analysist must be presented to UiTM and being documented in hardcopy and softcopy.

V. Tenderer shall prepare a complete and comprehensive commissioning report in a form of hard-copy and soft-copy after delivery, installation, and testing to ensure the item and accompanying software or the whole package has adhered to the satisfaction of UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA before the final acceptance.

VI. The comprehensive commissioning report must include the User Acceptance Test (UAT). The tenderer must also include other additional documents as proof if requested by UiTM.

Warranty should cover all product defect and failure due to normal product operation. II. The tenderers are require to study and perform configuration on the current server and switches if require any changes.
