1. PROJECT REQUIREMENT

I. To install SFP+ multi mode module (LC) 10Gbps in Universiti Teknologi MARA Cawangan Sarawak, Kampus Samarahan. Note: Please refer to UiTM Staff for detailed installation location.

6. WARRANTY

I. Item shall have at least ONE (1) year warranty from tenderer or manufacturer. Response time to attend to a problem call breakdown of equipment or component is MAXIMUM 4 hours. The support must be within 8 hours of working days. **Please attach Letter of Warranty (LoW) from Principle.

7. DELIVERY PERIOD

I. Delivery period must be within 18 weeks after tenderer has received the Offer Letter.

II. If there is a delay in project delivery, Tenderer must apply for extension at least 1 month before the delivery period ends.

8. OTHERS

I. The comprehensive commissioning report must include the User Acceptance Test and Delivery Order. The tenderer must also include other additional documents as proof if requested by UiTM.
