1. PROJECT REQUIREMENT

I. To dismantle the existing (old) UTP Patch panel and install new UTP panel 24 port to be use at equipment rack. Notes: Please refer to UiTM Staff for detailed installation location.

II. Response time to attend to a problem call breakdown of equipment or component is MAXIMUM 4 hours. The support must be within 8 hours of working days.
