I. Tenderers need to propose the most optimum configuration for the equipment to function well. Should any component that need be added such as memory, shall be proposed by tenderer.

II. System setup and configuration must be performed and made good by tenderer that a standard quality service is achieved.

III. The tenderer must be able to do integration with the new and existing device (if any). The tenderer must make sure all integration is workable and successful.

IV. The proposed desktop must be the new product and had been in market for less than 18 months.

V. The tenderer must ensure the availability, operability, reliability and functionality of the supplied hardware and software components to function properly.

VI. All other related software, systems, material, components, and cabling which are required to ensure full operation and integration with new or existing equipment of the item must be provided by the tenderer.

VII. The tenderer must make sure all works must be done properly without any damage to the existing infra/equipment. The tenderer shall be responsible for any damage occur.

VIII. All proposed software must be complete a working model with educational licensing and discounts and must be a GENUINE COPY.

IX. All proposed equivalent items shall be specified in detail in term of technical specification, model and version number.

X. Any documents presented or submitted by the tenderer in this Dokumen Teknikal MUST NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO THE COMPANY'S NAME, LOGO, REGISTRATION NUMBER, ETC. THESE INFORMATION MUST BE ERASED AND NOT BE READABLE.

XI. The successful tenderer must be supported back to back by principal (manufacturer) to provide maintenance services for equipment supplied. **Please provide Letter of Authorization (LoA) from principle.

I. Tenderer shall provide all related catalogue/brochure.

I. Item shall have at least THREE (3) years warranty from tenderer or manufacturer. Please attach the Letter of Warranty (LOW) from the principle, which states that UiTM is entitled to 3 years of warranty upon project completion.

II. The tenderer shall prepare a complete and comprehensive commissioning report in a form of hardcopy and softcopy after delivery, installation, and testing to ensure the item and accompanying software or the wholea package has adhered to the satisfaction of UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA before the final acceptance.

III. The comprehensive commissioning report must include the User Acceptance Test and Delivery Order. The tenderer must also include other additional documents as proof if requested by UiTM.

I. Delivery period must be within 18 weeks after tenderer has received the Offer Letter.

II. If there is a delay in project delivery, Tenderer must apply for extension at least 1 month before the delivery period.
