1. PROJECT REQUIREMENT

I. The tenderers need to propose the optimum specification for the equipment to function and integrate well with the existing system. Should any component that needs to be added shall be proposed by the tenderer.

II. The tenderer must ensure the availability, operability, reliability, and functionality of the supplied item components to function properly.

III. All other related materials, components, and accessories that are required to ensure full operation and integration with new or existing equipment of the management ring must be provided by the tenderer.

IV. The tenderer must make sure all works are done properly without any damage to the existing infra/equipment. The tenderer shall be responsible for any damage that occurs.

V. The tenderer must ensure that installations of all blank panels are done by an experienced network technician.

VI. The installation location will be determined by UiTM from time to time and the tenderer shall be ready to carry out the installation work when the local order is issued.

2. PRODUCT REQUIREMENT

I. The Blank Panel shall be made of aluminum or better.

II. The Blank Panel shall be 1U rack space in height and fits to existing shelves.

III. The Blank Panel shall be 19-inch wide and compatible with the 19-inch equipment racks, cabinets, or wall mount brackets.

IV. The Blank Panel shall come with nut and screw for easy installation.

V. Tenderer MUST provide a NEW and genuine product.

3. CATALOGUE AND BROCHURES

I. Tenderer shall provide all related catalogue/brochure with details description of the product.

4. WARRANTY

I. Item shall have at least ONE (1) year warranty from tenderer or manufacturer.

5. DELIVERY

I. The delivery period must be within 18 weeks after the tenderer has received the Offer Letter.

I. Any documents presented or submitted by the tenderer in this Dokumen Teknikal MUST NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO THE COMPANY'S NAME, LOGO, REGISTRATION NUMBER, ETC. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE ERASED AND NOT BE READABLE.
