1. PROJECT MANAGEMENT

I. The tenderer shall appoint a Project Manager for the project. The Project Manager is responsible for defining the project timeline, and key deliverables, monitoring progress, and providing weekly reports on progress and technical or commercial issues arising during the deployment.

II. The tenderer shall provide Project Schedule and knowledgeable technical staff for the project.

III. The tenderer shall include in the proposal, the project schedule and the number of technical staff required for the project. It is important that the professional qualifications of the technical staff be attached to the proposal.

IV. The tenderer shall conduct meeting weekly. This must be done to update on the project progress.

V. The tenderer shall prepare the meeting minutes and it is to be endorsed by UiTM.

2. JOB SPECIFICATIONS

|
I. To configure the equipment as per UiTM requirement.

II. To patch the cable, configure the new equipment as per UiTM requirement.

III. To patch the existing cable to the new equipment as per UiTM requirement.

IV. To configure and make sure the connectivity between LAN (Local Area Network) and the WAN line is workable.

V. Adequate numbers of UTP patch panels shall be provided for the UTP cables termination in the proposed rack.

VI. Adequate numbers of fiber patch panels shall be provided for the fiber cables termination in the proposed rack.

VII. All cable-ends must be labeled and the label must be easily read, lasting and waterproof.

VIII. The tenderer must ensure all existing network equipment/components/ cabling is functioning before and after project implementation.

IX. To make sure all work or installation equipment is neat, organized and functional.

X. The tenderer must ensure all work must be done properly without any damage to the existing infra/equipment. The tenderer must be responsible for any damage occurs.

XI. The tenderer shall be responsible for any site visit charges, consultation, transportation, mobilization, and demobilization of manpower and allowance for after normal working hours, time/target reachable, standby the next day, and making good at the site.

XII. To perform testing and commissioning after completion of installation and termination of every UTP cabling or fiber optic cabling.

XIII. Installation, testing, heatmap and commissioning MUST be include for new access point and relocation and mounting.

XIV. The tenderer must provide support by phone, email, or fax.

XV. The tenderer must perform MAJOR cleaning before new equipment installation. Such as unplugging all the equipment inside the rack, performing the dust cleaning using HEPA grade vacuum, installing the new cabling patch panels, and adding new equipment. The end product must be clean and tidy.

XVI. The tenderer must submit the UTP/ fiber cabling testing report in hardcopy after add new equipment provided in location.

XVII. Heat Map Analysis:
- Installation, testing, heatmap and commissioning MUST be include for new access point relocation and mounting.
- Tenderer must provide the heat map analysis before doing installation for wireless access point.
- Heat map analysis must present to UiTM before the installation wireless access point being done.
- The propose location of wireless access point based on heat map analysis must be agree by UiTM.
- All documents, design and heat map data during analysis must be presented to UiTM and being documented in hardcopy and softcopy.

3. SECURITY

|
I. To propose a suitable method on how to secure the Wireless Access Points from theft. If the proposed method includes additional devices such as pad lock, please include the cost of the device and installation work in the proposal. Please mention the propose method in Column Catatan/Keterangan Seperti Dalam Katalog. The catalogue of the proposed secured devices MUST be attached. The most secured proposal will be considered.

4. DOCUMENTATION
|

|
|
I. To provide a comprehensive documentation of the project before handover to UiTM. Information need to included :
- As-built drawing (UTP cabling route, location of equipment installed, schematic diagrams and etc.)
- User Acceptance Test - UAT (structured cabling system, networking equipment and etc.)
- Heatmap analysis
- Manual operation of installed equipment systems.
- Setting parameters and configuration on each related equipment.
- Test result of cabling systems, switches, access point and etc.
- Equipment catalogues for all devices provided.
- Inventory list of equipment's installed.
- Manual reporting flow during warranty, defects & liability period.

II. The documentation must be in a form of hardcopy and softcopy.

5. DATA ANALYTICS
|

|
I. The Tenderer must provide Data Analytic App/Module/Function for the proposed switches and wireless product solution that intergrated with the cloud proposed controller. Please elaborate.

6. TECHNICAL/OPERATING MANUAL, ENGINEERING SERVICES AND OTHER ACCESSORIES

I. User operating/technical manual shall be provided.

II. All necessary adapters, cables and other accessories required shall be provided. Tenderer shall be adequate set of Cable + Network Tester toolkits that features can verify cable performance up to 10Gbps and solve network connectivity problem, troubleshoot PoE devices and identify connected switch information include switch name, port number, vlan and etc to UiTM.

III. All testing and commissioning shall be carried out in the presence of UiTM representatives.

7. WARRANTY AND SUPPORTS

|
I. 4 hours is the maximum hours to go onsite if problem cannot be solved through phone or remote access.

II. Initial support through phone call or remote access must be solved within 4 hours.

III.
- Type of supports :Technical support that includes request for configuration setup, configuration enhancement, design enhancement and device relocation.
- First level troubleshooting through phone and remote access to solve access problem causing by the device. Second level support to go onsite if troubleshooting within the first level cannot be solved.
- Firmware patches or upgrade (minor & major) must be provided, with no additional cost during the support period.

IV. The Tenderer shall open a Service Request or Trouble Ticket directly to the Principal regardless of the Severity level.

V. Tenderer shall open the Service Request or Trouble Ticket based on the agreed MTTA (Mean Time to Attend). The Service Request can be opened to Principal either through E-mail, Phone, Web or Fax.

VI. Warranty scope : Full warranty include Parts and labor. Tenderer shall provide loan unit of switches, access point or other equipment related during the breakdown period.

8. DELIVERY PERIOD

I. Delivery period must be within 18 weeks after tenderer has received the Offer Letter.

II. If there is a delay in project delivery, the tenderer must apply for an extension at least 1 month before the delivery period ends.

I. Any documents presented or submitted by the tenderer in this Dokumen Teknikal MUST NOT DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO THE COMPANY'S NAME, LOGO, REGISTRATION NUMBER, ETC. THIS INFORMATION MUST BE ERASED AND NOT BE READABLE.
