1. GENERAL REQUIREMENT

I. The scope of this project is to deliver, install, configure, testing and commissioning of a DHCP Server

II. System setup and configuration must be performed and made good by the tenderer so that an adequate level of satisfaction and service quality are achieved.

III. The system must support 32-bit and 64-bit applications in a single architecture. It also must confirm to standard requirements.

3. INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

4. WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
|

|
|
I. One (1) year of maintenance support consists of equipment faulty replacement (Next Business Day 8x5xNBD) and onsite service extension for two (2) years shall be provided.

II. The tenderer MUST propose and provide a genuine product.
|

|
|
III. The tenderer shall be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and test-run of the equipment and accompanying software to the satisfaction of UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA before final acceptance. All costs on installation, commissioning, and test runs shall be borne by the tenderer.

IV. The server shall have warranty for a period from the date of installation against defects in materials and/or workmanship.

V. Maintenance support is needed during and after the warranty period. Tenderers must provide details of addresses of locations of after-sales service centers that shall be responsible for maintenance work for these items during the warranty period.

VI. Free support through fax, email, or telephone must be provided during the warranty period.

VII. The successful tenderer must be supported back-to-back by the principal to provide maintenance services for equipment supplied.

5. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
