1. GENERAL REQUIREMENT

I. The proposed item must be new, not refurbished.

3. INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

I. All necessary adapters, cables, and other accessories required shall be provided.

II. The tenderer is required to perform the installation, testing, and commissioning on-site for the supplied item at the location specified by UiTM.

III. The tenderer shall prepare a complete and comprehensive commissioning report in a form of hardcopy and softcopy after delivery, installation, and testing to ensure the item and accompanying software or the whole package has adhered to the satisfaction of UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA before the final acceptance.

IV. The comprehensive commissioning report must include the User Acceptance Test. The tenderer must also include other additional documents as proof if requested by UiTM.

V. To perform testing and commissioning after completion of installation SFP Transceiver.

4. WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT

I. One (1) year of maintenance support consists of equipment faulty replacement (Next Business Day) and software upgrade shall be provided.

II. Response time to attend to a problem call breakdown of equipment or component is MAXIMUM 4 hours. The support must be within 8 hours of working days.

A ) All related catalogues or brochures shall be provided by the tenderer in Dokumen Teknikal.

A ) The tenderer must ensure the transceiver supplied are genuine products from Principle. Please attach a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the Principal/Distributors.

A ) All components shall have a period of at least 1 year (according to respective item). Extended Product and Application Warranty from the date of installation against defects in materials and/or workmanship. Please attach the Letter of Warranty (LOW) from the Principal/Distributor.
