1. GENERAL REQUIREMENT

I. The scope of this project is to deliver, install and configure, test and commission 24 port POE Access Switch and the tenderer shall relocate and configuration seven (7) units existing Access Switch.

II. The tenderer must ensure the network access switch supplied is a genuine product from Principal.

III. The tenderer must ensure the network access switch are workable with existing infra UiTM.

IV. The tenderer must ensure the proposed network access switch is a new and not a refurbished or OEM product. The tenderer shall be responsible if there is any issue regarding the product’s authenticity.

V. The tenderer needs to propose the optimum specification for the equipment to function and integrate well with the existing system. Should any component that needs to be added shall be proposed by the tenderer.

VI. The tenderer must ensure the availability, operability, reliability and functionality of the supplied item components to function properly.

VII. The tenderer must ensure that the network access switch proposed meets the characteristics or exceeds the required specifications. **Please specify the exact model offered in the Dokumen Teknikal.

VIII. All other related material, components or equipment, software and licensing are not specified but are required to ensure full integration of above item with proposed system requirements/application must be provided by the tenderer without any cost to UiTM.

2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT

I. The Access switch must support at least 16-Port Gigabit PoE+ and 8-Port 2.5G PoE+ as well as 4-Port 10G SFP+ uplink with 410W PoE budget

I. Three (3) years of maintenance support consists of equipment faulty replacement (Next Business Day 8X5XNBD) and software upgrades shall be provided.

II. The Access switch shall have a warranty for a period from date of installation against defects in materials and/or workmanship.

5. NETWORK ACCESS SWITCH RELOCATION

|
|
I. A total number of Access Switch that need to be relocated for this project is 7 units.

II. Tenderer shall ensure the existing Access Switch are dismantled properly.

III. The tenderer should ensure existing Access Switch, cabling and other components related functioning as before relocation. The tenderer shall be responsible for any damage that occurs.

IV. The comprehensive commissioning report must include the User Acceptance Test. The tenderer must also include other additional documents as proof if requested by UiTM.

6. SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
TENDERER MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS AND MUST BE PRESENTED IN THIS DOKUMEN TEKNIKAL
