1. PROJECT REQUIREMENT

3. INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

I. Tenderer shall provide a user operating / technical manual for UiTM referral.

II. All other related software, systems, material, components, cabling and other accessories which arerequired to ensure full operation and integration with new or existing equipment of the item must be
provided by the tenderer

III. The tenderer shall be responsible for the installation, test-run and commissioning of the equipment andaccompanying software to the satisfaction of UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA before final acceptance.
All costs on installation, commissioning and test run shall be borne by tenderer during the warranty
period.

IV. Tenderer shall proposed all additional or required license to ensure the switch can operate to theoptimum.

V. Tenderer must document all switches configuration, management IP address and location in hard copyand must be submitted to UiTM.

4. WARRANTY AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT
|

|
|
I. One (1) years of maintenance support consists of equipment faulty replacement (Next Business Day8X5XNBD) and software upgrade shall be provided

II. The distribution switch shall have warranty for a period from date of installation against defects inmaterials and/or workmanship.

III. Tenderer MUST propose and provide a genuine product.

IV. Tenderer must ensure all switches installation and configuration are done by professional engineers.

|
V. Maintenance support is needed during and after the warranty period. Tenderers must provide details ofaddresses of locations of after sales service centres that shall be responsible for maintenance work for
these items during the warranty period.

VI. Free support through fax, email, telephone must be provided during the warranty period.

VII. The successful tenderer must be supported back to back by principal to provide maintenance services forequipment supplied.
